+ How long will it take to receive the wine after I place the order?

It depends on where you are located. Delivery times vary from 3-7 days depending on your location. If you require an urgent delivery, please let us know and we’ll use our trusted couriers.

+ What is the duration virtual tasting?

The virtual tasting is of 90-minutes duration and we’d be happy to extend it to 2 hours if the team would like to do so.

+ I need something more customised. Can you help?

Yes! We’re here to make your virtual wine tasting a success.

If you want to do a presentation, include a food pairing, send a personalised card etc. simply let us know your request and we’ll take care of you!

At The Tasting Guys we’re all about being flexible to your needs to make your event perfect.

But as a baseline you can always expect the following:

Expert wine facilitator to guide you through the tasting
Min. 6 quality local and international wines
Option to choose your preferred wine varietals

Standard event time 90-minutes duration
Opportunity to purchase wines at cellar door prices

+ Can I use my own venue?

You certainly can use your own venue within 10 km of Sydney CBD area at no additional charge.

We are also available for wine tasting events in outlying areas and throughout Australia. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Venue hire costs are not included and are for your own account and arrangements.

We will need:

Access to your venue at least 1 hour prior to the event
A washing up area or kitchen
Tables & table cloths
Water and drinking glasses (we supply tasting glasses)
Parking for 1 vehicle

+ Who will run the tasting event?

Your tasting event will be hosted by one of our expert tasting guys.
All our tasting guys are friendly, engaging and have exceptional wine knowledge.
Meiron, our founder and wine connoisseur, is available on request
